Dr Cerys Hickinbottom Regional Representative Cerys is a registrar in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care based in South Wales, with a strong interest in prehospital and critical care medicine. She is passionate about medical education and is committed to making high-quality learning accessible and engaging for trainees at all levels. She is particularly focused on promoting inclusivity and making prehospital care an accessible field for everyone, including better representation of women and those balancing clinical careers with family life. Outside of work, she is a mum of three daughters and enjoys running, reading, and finding balance between a busy family life and a rewarding medical career. |

Dr Daniel Grace Regional Representative Dr Daniel Grace is a portfolio GP based in South Wales with a special interest in pre-hospital emergency medicine, expedition medicine, and medical education. He volunteers as an enhanced care BASICS doctor with Medserve Wales and is also part of Brecon Mountain Rescue Team. Daniel holds the International Diploma in Expedition and Wilderness Medicine and the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. He is also an Advanced Life Support instructor and regularly teaches on pre-hospital wilderness medicine courses worldwide. He has provided medical cover for endurance events, and expeditions in a range of challenging environments from the Canadian Arctic to the deserts of Jordan and remote Pacific islands. As FPHC Wales representative, he aims to champion multi-agency collaboration, support ongoing professional development, and promote equitable access to pre-hospital training and resources across the region.

Dr Jack Thickett Student Regional Representative Jack is a F1 doctor working in South Wales. He has loved the pre-hospital environment ever since completing the EPIC iBSc. He has also been fortunate to go to the Oslo HEMS conference and to have done a FPHC elective. |
