The Faculty Accreditation Panel meets four times a year to review applications on the dates specified below. All applications must be submitted to the deadlines shown:

Practitioners who have been awarded GMC sub-specialty registration in PHEM can apply to have their names added to the Faculty Accreditation Register via email@example.com. They must be a Level 8 Elected Fellow of the Faculty of Pre-hospital Care in good standing and be able to evidence their professional registration and license to practice. Full details of how to apply via this route are available here.
Please Note: Faculty Accreditation does not automatically mean that Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine will be added as an approved sub-specialty on the GMC Register. This is a separate application process (see http://www.gmc-uk.org/doctors/SubSpec.asp) that would be supported by Faculty Accreditation.
Applicants should ensure that their applications are aligned to the Regulations v3 (15 August 2016) and not the previous version.
The Faculty can only accept applications submitted in both electronic and professionally bound hard copy formats to the specification outlined in the regulations. An extra copy of the Case Studies also has to be submitted electronically to facilitate plagiarism testing.
Applicants should contact the Faculty Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a secure filedrop link to submit the electronic part of their application if it is too large to email. (Please note that the use of DropBox or other non-RCSEd file-sharing platforms is not permissible.)
Currently Applicants cannot apply for both Step 1 and Step 2 at the same time as these are separate processes held at different times.
Applications will only be accepted from members in good standing with the Faculty.
Applications will only be reviewed after payment has been made.
Payments can be made by cheque, please write your name, and "Faculty Accreditation" and which step you are applying for on the back of the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Hill Square Educational Trust and mailed to:
