Process of Selection of the Executive Committee of the Student and Junior Trainee Group

1.       Eligibility

Applications will be accepted from those currently involved in the Student and Junir Trainee Group, and the wider Student and Junior Trainee community. Current post-holders should also submit an application for their role if they wish to remain in post. It is recommended that the post-holder with not remain in the same role for more than 2 years.

2.       Application

Applications will be welcomed from eligible candidates to each post from 1^st June to  11^th June. The application form will consist of a 200 word statement which should outline why the candidate is applying to the role a 200 word statement on what they hope to bring to the role. The applications should be submitted by email to fphc@rcsed.ac.uk by 11^th June at 17:00. Applications after this time will not be considered.

3.       Decision

The candidate chosen for each role will be decided by the current executive committee. This will be based upon the application submitted.

4.       Results

Successful candidates will be informed no later than 28^th June. Once they have confirmed they wish to take up the position, the result shall be released in the first instance, to the FPHC main office and then to the members of the Student and Junior Trainee Group. This will be later posted to the Faculty Website and the Student and Junior Trainee Facebook Group.

Successful candidates will be invited to assist in the selection of the new regional representatives before commencing the new role as of 1^st September.
